Reclaiming Civility invites you to a community roundtable focused on strengthening civility across the Pikes Peak Region. This gathering is an opportunity for community members to listen, reflect, and work together toward healthier dialogue and stronger relationships. Your voice matters, and your participation helps move this effort forward in a meaningful way.

The Vision Behind Reclaiming Civility

Reclaiming Civility equips individuals, communities, and workplaces with the tools needed to build respect, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships.

Founded and led by Lisa Brandt and Lori Leander, the organization draws on decades of experience in emotional-intelligence training, relational wisdom, hospitality, and community engagement.

Lisa and Lori believe civility is more than politeness — it’s a mindset and a practice, rooted in dignity, empathy, and healthy communication.

Through workshops, trainings, and community gatherings (like this roundtable), they encourage each of us to take responsibility for building a more respectful, connected community — one conversation at a time
